Czech ministry says EC letter on new nuclear 'not legally binding'
The Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade has said "the courtesy letter sent by French European Commissioner Stéphane Séjourné" suggesting that the signing of the contract for new nuclear units in the country be delayed "is not legally binding".
