#^Construction starts on second phase of Zhangzhou plantThe first safety-related concrete has been poured for the nuclear island of unit 3 at the Zhangzhou nuclear power plant in Fujian province, China National Nuclear Corporation announced. It is the first of two Hualong One units planned as the second phase of the plant, which will eventually house six such reactors.
