to už je delší dobu, celosvětově. Problém je, že jednak stagnuje počet aktivních uživatelů (kteří jen nemají více účtů) a jednak roste počet spambotů.

ano, bez problémů. Ty spamboty publikují z jiných domén, z vícenásobných, takže je nestačí jednoduše dát na blocklist.
