Budanov said that as a result of the attack on the HQs of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, at least 9 people were killed and 16 were injured. Among them is Colonel General Alexander Romanchuk, commander of the Russian Armed Forces group in the Zaporizhzia direction.
