There's an issue with perception index:

If you ask a Ukrainian about corruption in Ukraine, the Ukrainian may just rant for an hour about how fucked everything is but like 40% of it will be true, 60% untrue read somewhere about the case, usually in russian, or "a friend told me" + the conclusion is usually a total doom :KEKW:

I know it's the case for lots of CEE countries too, it might sound uncomfortably familiar :blobcatfearful:

I'm often told that I sound like Ukraine is lost already and is totally doomed but I actually feel enthusiastic about how things are going :KEKW:
